Indecent publicity suspect probably linked to a minimum of 5 different instances in north and Central Houston

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) —

A person accused of exposing himself to a 12-yr-previous woman might probably be linked to a minimum of 5 different indecent publicity instances, police say.

A 12-yr-previous woman recognized Manuel Rodriguez Jr., 36, as the person who she stated uncovered himself to her final week.

Investigators consider Rodriguez is answerable for incidents on the following places:

  • 3400 Overbrook at Claremont on June 29, 2016
  • 1700 Gardenia on January four
  • 2400 Claremont on January 10
  • 4300 Piney Woods at Gardenia on February 7
  • 9800 Irvington on April 12

In accordance with a press launch, victims in every incident described their suspect as a Hispanic man driving a silver Honda Accord. The victims declare he drove subsequent to them and uncovered himself whereas he was in his car.

Police stated the victims have been three boys and three women, two of that are sisters.
